Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 and check-out from 10:00 to 12:00. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance; early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be requested beforehand.

Guests are asked to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in, and guests under 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required, and the property will contact you after booking with instructions. A refundable damage deposit of 150 EUR is collected by bank transfer on arrival and returned after check-out if no damage is found.

Children of all ages are welcome; children aged 18 and over are charged as adults. Cribs cost 25 EUR per child per night and extra beds 35 EUR per person per night, both on request and subject to availability.

Pets are allowed on request and charges may apply, with a maximum of two pets per room, kept on a lead in public areas and not permitted in some parts of the property. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 08:00, the whole finca is non-smoking, and food or drink brought from outside the establishment may not be consumed on the premises.
